Avercamp's most ambitious work, Winter Landscape with Skaters. The founder of the Dutch ice scene. This masterpiece has now been reproduced as a glicée.

Giclée
The term giclée is derived from the French verb "gicler" meaning to spray or atomize. Giclée is a newly developed printing technique used in the Netherlands with an advanced 12-color printer that sprays pigment inks onto the canvas, layer by layer. The giclée is then coated with a transparent varnish. Due to its broad colour spectrum and high resolution, it closely approximates the original. With the included certificate, we guarantee colour-fastness for at least 100 years.
